4 Tips for Marketing Analytics, Pt. 2

One thing that I see businesses struggle with is consistency.

In running their day-to-day passion, it is not unusual to see the elements of running a business that are less natural to the owner fall by the wayside.

Important things like:

  • Vision

  • Strategy

  • Business plan

  • check-up and follow through

  • Financial Stewardship

  • Business analytics review

Whether we are talking about Digital Advertising or Social Media Marketing, both require the same attention to detail.

There is a strategy, a plan, and a need for financial oversight.

And, of course, the analytics need review.

Setting a schedule, locking it into your calendar, and being intentional with that review process will keep surprises from arising down the road.

And, just like the visit with the accountant each month to review the things, intentionally meeting with your expert about your digital/social analytics needs to be a rock in your schedule.
